I. THE PRIVACY COMPACT
CleanerMaco is a specialized utility designed for one purpose: refining your device's storage. We do not build profiles, and we do not harvest identities.
On-Device Intelligence & Permission Logic
CleanerMaco identifies and purges redundant APK files, residual data from uninstalled apps, and temporary system caches.
Scoped Access: To perform its function, the application requires "All Files Access."
The Local Boundary: Every scan, analysis, and identification event happens entirely on your local hardware. We do not maintain a cloud mirror of your file system. Your documents, photos, and file names are never transmitted to us or any external server.
Telemetry and Technical Partners
While we don't touch your personal data, we do use industry-standard tools to keep the app stable and understand our market reach.
Firebase (Google): We use this for real-time crash diagnostics. If CleanerMaco crashes, a pseudonymized technical log (device model, OS version) helps us fix the bug.
Analytics & Attribution (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These platforms identify how you found our app. They process pseudonymized hardware tokens like your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Non-Association: These partners are contractually barred from accessing your local files or linking technical signals to your biological identity.
The Legal Foundation
We process the limited technical data mentioned above based on:
Contractual Necessity: Local file analysis is required to deliver the service you requested.
Legitimate Interests: We use technical metadata to secure the app, prevent fraud, and optimize performance across diverse hardware.
Retention Lifecycle
Operational Metadata: Information about files identified for cleaning exists only in your device's volatile memory during an active session. It is purged the moment the task is complete or the app is closed.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable logs held by our partners are kept for the minimum period required for aggregate reporting—typically 12 to 24 months—before being fully anonymized or deleted.
Your Digital Sovereignty (User Rights)
We honor your rights regardless of your location:
Right of Access & Knowledge: You have the right to know if your data is shared or sold. CleanerMaco does not sell your personal data. Sharing is strictly limited to the technical partners listed in Section 2. You may request access to any data we possess (which, for most users, is zero personal data).
Right to Rectification: You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete technical data we or our partners might have.
Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your data. Uninstalling the app purges all local logs. For technical partner logs, you may contact our DPO.
Right to Complain: You have the explicit right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction if you are unhappy with our privacy practices.
Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms
You are in control of your data footprint:
Opt-Out of Sharing/Sales: While we don't "sell" data in the traditional sense, you can prevent technical sharing by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) in your system settings.
Revoke Permissions: You can withdraw storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly disable the app's scanning capability.

II. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Grant of License
CleanerMaco grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for personal maintenance on a single device, subject to these terms.
Prohibited Usage
By using CleanerMaco, you agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our cleaning algorithms.
Use the app to intentionally damage system stability.
Modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software.
Intellectual Property
The CleanerMaco name, branding, and proprietary logic are the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership is transferred to you under this license.
"As-Is" Disclaimer
CleanerMaco is provided "AS IS." While we strive for surgical precision, we do not warrant that the app will identify every redundant file or remain error-free. You are responsible for reviewing items flagged for removal before confirming deletion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanerMaco and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental data loss or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the software.
Termination
This agreement is effective until you delete the app. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any part of this EULA.
